// the problem
A rice mill was running procurement, government agreements, milling, sales and party accounts across registers and spreadsheets — slow, error-prone, and impossible to reconcile. They needed one reliable system that works offline on the mill floor.
// what i built
RiceFlow — a Flutter desktop app for Windows with 20+ modules: parties, paddy deals, FCI/NAN government agreements, delivery orders, paddy inward, rice/bran/husk sales, daybook and party ledgers, plus PDF/Excel reports. Every transaction auto-syncs party ledgers. Runs on local SQLite for single users or MariaDB for multi-computer access, and ships with an offline, hardware-bound licensing system (Ed25519 / PASETO).
